Same code as tango pink

Candy pink, #E4717A, is a soft reddish pink. The Wikipedia list of colors gives ISCC-NBS as its source, but marks that claim as needing a citation. The exact same code also belongs to tango pink. That color comes from the Plochere Color System of 1948, a set of paint cards that interior designers used. Tango pink was first used as a color name in 1925, as the Wikipedia article on shades of pink notes.

Not the same as cotton candy
